The team

Demitri Katrikilis is the founder of Odyssey Sport Management and a player and coaching-staff agent. A former player, he now represents rugby people — athletes, coaches, and strength and conditioning staff — with a direct, international brief.

The work is representation: contracts, club moves, and the career decisions around them. Odyssey is deliberately small. One point of contact, a clear read of the market, and time spent on the person making the move.
